A welcoming, intimate and somewhat magical environment, just like the environment in which it is immersed, the lush nature just outside Rome which so inspired the great eighteenth-century painters of the Grand Tour. And just like those artists, chef Matteo Faenza lets himself be influenced by these lands, by their light and colours, by the vegetation and spontaneous plants, and reworks everything in a refined culinary research made of simply mystical flavours, just like the sunsets so dear to the painters of the grand tour.
