We came for dinner as a family, and what a lovely surprise! Everything was truly excellent—delicious dishes, meticulously prepared and made with so much love. The place is also beautiful, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The staff is super friendly, cheerful, and professional. A special place, with fantastic food and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone! 💛

The tempura lobster is definitely worth mentioning! The inside is firm and springy, and the outside is fried to a crispy and delicious taste. The chef must have added some special seasonings at some point during the frying process. One bite will make you feel delighted!

After Pasta, Pasta and more Pasta we decide to go for japanese food and Sushi. I ask Google which is the best Sushi Restaurant in north sardinia and the answer was Nobu and Mizuna. Since Mizuna was in San Pantelo which we visit 2 days before we went for it and wow i was so surprised. I Love so much in inferior Design of the Restaurant and after we Seat at our Table, i Look at the Menu I know It will be a great Dinner. We Order sashimi, super Fresh I can tell you, also the waygu nigiris was delicious. My wife had salmon teriyaki and I the black cod, one of the best I ever Had better then at Nobu in London sorry to say. The Service was execellent If you want to have great Sushi and japanese food Mizuna is the prefect choice. We spend almost 180 Euro so in Case prepare to spend some Money Here...

My husband and I had dinner last night, September 6th. We went to this restaurant because it was highly recommended by a friend who has been vacationing in the area for years. Let's start at the entrance: the heavy door is difficult to open, so the staff helps us from inside. They lead us to a table. The atmosphere is dark, so dark that we can't read the menu, so the waiter moves the only dim light on the table to help us read. We ordered 10 dishes in total, three of which were noteworthy: Eggplant, seafood ravioli, and salted caramel ice cream with crumble and goat's milk foam. The dishes didn't convince us; they were very carefully prepared, but there wasn't much fish and it was a bit too dramatic. Perhaps this was also due to the poor choices made by a waiter who was too intent on serving regular customers rather than new ones. The only positive note was a Bolivian waiter named Mario, who recommended the dessert and treated us with professionalism and kindness. He was the only one who smiled. Price: €197. The restaurant is welcoming, elegant, yet warm: perfect for feeling at home while enjoying a special experience. The wait staff is kind, attentive, and smiling, which makes everything even more enjoyable.

Non è stata una semplice cena ma un’esperienza sensoriale. Siamo stati accolti con un’estrema professionalità in questo ambiente elegante, che non delude affatto le aspettative. Prima di iniziare la cena abbiamo incontrato lo chef Bartolini al quale ho chiesto una foto, che era lì come ospite, il quale ci ha espressamente detto “in questo posto si mangia benissimo”. Quindi immaginate quali fossero le aspettative. Il personale in sala sembrava danzasse, tutti perfettamente sincronizzati. Ogni piatto arrivato al tavolo era eccellente, senza mezzi termini. Spiegati in maniera breve, diretta ma molto chiara. L’attesta tra un piatto e l’altro era perfetta, il tempo giusto per gustare a fondo tutti i sapori che si fondevano tra loro in un modo (ripeto) eccellente. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Un’emozione pura. Il miglior ristorante giapponese mai provato. Vi consiglio vivamente di andarci.

Cena in famiglia per festeggiare un compleanno, il ristorante Mizuna ,con la raffinata cucina dello Chef Luigi ,ha regalato a tutti noi una serata indimenticabile. Sapientemente guidati dal sig Vincenzo e dal suo staff ,abbiamo fatto un viaggio nella eccellenza della cucina nipponica con meravigliosi abbinamenti anche di prodotti di eccellenza sarda. Il locale, l apparecchiatura e le luci hanno contribuito alla bellissima esperienza. Tornerò sicuramente .
