One of the best restaurants in recent years, everything is perfect, from the food to the service. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and available for any request. You can tell they love their job and do it with great passion. The entire staff is extremely qualified and friendly. The ambiance, decor, and lighting make the dining experience an extremely enjoyable one. Nothing is left to chance, and everything is consistent with Japanese cuisine. The price is fair and consistent with the quality of the food and the location. Highly recommended.

An unforgettable experience for our last evening of our honeymoon. We chose Mizuna in San Pantaleo… and to say we ate well is truly an understatement. The quality of the fish is extraordinary, every dish a discovery. After this dinner, I think it will be difficult to return to any other Japanese restaurant without comparing it. The service was impeccable, attentive but with a touch of familiarity that makes you feel immediately at home. The chefs, who are on hand to serve you, are not only excellent, but also incredibly friendly and exude passion in every gesture. Reading about the restaurant's history, I was surprised to discover that the chef is originally from my area, and this made me even more proud. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, his brother: genuine, humble, and incredibly talented. The raw fish was simply perfect, incredibly fresh and expertly crafted. The dessert? A real treat to end on a high note. We will definitely be back as soon as we're back in Sardinia!

Very nice Restaurant in San Pantaleo Village. The ambience , decor and food quality is very good. Friendly staff , great selection of Sake and Japanese Whiskeys. Wine offers should level il the Food standard , otherwise a great Restaurant and great experience Will be back for sure
