Spectacular place. I've been working here up in the mountains with buses for three years and I didn't know there was such an incredible place. Old-fashioned flavors, homemade desserts, and excellent coffee. Plus, both indoor and outdoor tables. Typical Trentino wood interior. 💚💪 GT driver. And again today, September 24, here for lunch again. Exceptional service and a set menu as well. It's super convenient for workers who work in Folgaria, with ample parking.

Beautiful place, and the lady serving the tables was super kind and quick. They made me a one-pot meal: melted cheese, Trentino polenta, and cabbage. Delicious. I also really appreciate the homemade desserts and the charming location. I highly recommend it, even with kids. (No barriers.)

We had a great meal, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. It's a shame the polenta was a bit too salty, otherwise it would have been a 5.

27/09/2025: What sets them apart from anywhere else I've ever stayed is the service and hospitality of the staff. They truly make you feel pampered, more than just at home! Kudos to all the staff at Negrigella!!!
16/09/2025: Excellent hotel located a 3-minute walk from the center, in the upper part of town. Impeccably clean, great facilities for children with an in-house miniclub. Superb food from breakfast to dinner. Friendly staff (always smiling) and always available. We'll be back.

11/10/2025: A place to eat good grilled meat with Storo polenta. There's also a pizzeria where I had a delicious calzone with a rich filling. The desserts are also homemade; I tried the toffee cheesecake, delicious. Friendly staff, ample parking.
