Refined, high-quality cuisine. Prices may be a bit higher than other local restaurants, but they're certainly in line with the quality.

For me, this is by far the best restaurant in Folgaria. Great attention to the ingredients, with a lot of locally sourced produce, excellent research into the dishes, very friendly staff, great customer service, a master chef, and bold yet balanced flavors. Today I enjoyed the traditional cured meats and cheeses appetizer and the tender and flavorful venison medallions. It's truly a pleasure to stop and eat there. Well done.

At the Mitterck farm, it was a chance stop after a motorcycle ride. We found a quiet, clean environment with very friendly staff and fast service. For me, we ordered a Lavarone cheese platter in three textures, and I asked for potato flan instead of mushrooms; and for my husband, a typical cheese platter with polenta and mushrooms. Overall, both dishes were excellent choices. The potato flan tasted good, but it was too oily; the "fried" part, I'm sorry, was wrong. My husband's dish was tasty, with the polenta and breaded cheese. Unfortunately, I have a doubt about the mushrooms (they looked like frozen mushrooms from a supermarket). I'm giving them 4 stars, partly because I know the restaurant industry, which is not easy, and partly because both dishes were pleasantly enjoyed. Thank you.

Excellent traditional dishes, very beautiful location. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and smiling (something not often seen in the area).

Very good food, generous portions, extremely kind owner and staff!

Frequented for consecutive days, lunch, dinner and aperitif. Beautiful atmosphere, well-kept and well-maintained. Staff almost all courteous, some a little annoyed. Simple menu, with some excellent quality ingredients, others a little less so (children's cutlet without meat and only bread). Above average prices. But the location and attention to detail are worth the trip. Convenient parking.

Locale molto bello e accogliente con ampio giardino esterno. Cibo ottimo! Personale molto gentile. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo di sicuro.
