Centrally located in Lido Marini, this is a wonderful place I discovered on vacation this summer. As soon as you walk in, you're immediately struck by the display case with the fresh catch of the day, and everything there makes a difference. We ate there the first night as soon as we arrived and returned again the last because we still needed to eat so well. The service was attentive and friendly, explaining the dishes and recommending them based on the fish they had available that day. The prices reflect what you get: fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully served food. If you're not happy with the food, there are other cheaper options, but they certainly won't guarantee the same satisfaction. We tried the lobster linguine, which were phenomenal, and the sea bream in a salt crust on the first night, then opted for their hot appetizer on the second night, and always went back for another sea bream because it had truly remained in our hearts. If we were to return to Salento, this would definitely be a must-try.

If there were more stars, I'd give them all. The food was fresh and unique, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We ate outside in a relaxing atmosphere...we'll definitely be back. The price was reasonable for the food. Thank you.

The raw fish appetizers were incredibly fresh. The staff was super friendly: the young people were helpful and always smiling. Chef Max is #1! 😄 We really hope to return soon.
