The place is very nice and spacious, given the high turnout you often have to wait to enter. The environment is truly welcoming and there is a breathtaking view, the staff is also very friendly and available for every request. The prices are also very high for average quality.

I ordered a hot chocolate with cream for €8.50 served in a small water glass without a handle, inconvenient to drink or take with a spoon, portion as small as a coffee cup and misleading menu photo, chocolate served cold and too liquid. The place is worth it for the breathtaking view

Very nice place, but absurd prices. Furthermore, the staff (I'm talking about those who take the orders) when they bring the bill, put you in a position to leave a tip, despite the already high prices of the place. My boyfriend and I had 1 coffee and a coke 2 weeks ago. The total was €10.50, we give €12 total, the waiter says to us: "is this okay?", explicitly asking us to keep the change. He was embarrassed, so much so that he answered “yes” and then left a tip.

Di ritorno a Napoli per un nuovo soggiorno, abbiamo deciso di fare un brunch al Miranapoli. Lo abbiamo visto sul profilo Instagram di @francescodiangara e ci ha incuriosito. Generalmente il profilo ci ha sempre proposto bei posto, esclusivi ed esperienze soddisfacenti. Il Miranapoli appare proprio come raccontato dall'influencer ma...quel che ci ha deluso è che non abbiamo trovato lui o persone di classe come lui. Piuttosto, l'utenza era per lo più composta da giovani della Napoli arricchita ma tamarra, i cafoni griffati diciamo al Nord che qui a Napoli vengono chiamati "risagliuti". Insomma, rumorosi, sentivamo parlare questo dialetto dagli altri tavoli tanto da non riuscire a rilassarci e goderci il panorama. Quanto al servizio, buona l'offerta ma i camerieri, attempati, lenti anzi lentissimi. 35 minuti di attesa solo per ordinare e se sollecitavi rispondevano con scortesia.
