Very kind and competent reception staff, clean rooms and linens, excellent breakfast provided by the bartenders with croissants, cakes, pastry tarts, and convenient due to the proximity to the sea

All in all good. Too bad the breakfast, with very little choice.

Our room was decent, it had a bit of a musty smell but it's a dated hotel so that's okay! Very friendly staff and good cleaning The breakfast was a bit poor... The location was EXCELLENT.. close to the center and facing the sea.. I would say a decent rating. Good..

Nicely located on the beach and within 45 min drive to FCO, hotel offered very nice, comfortable room with private balcony and sea view.Area was safe and neighborhood, so limited restaurants were filled with locals for a good authentic experience. Hotel restaurant was horrible. They were out of four different dishes we tried to order on an early Friday evening. Poor Italian only waitress went back and forth to manager attempting to give us service. Never saw manager. Go for convenient access to FCO or their private beach (in season).
