One of the best staff i ever met in the hotels all over the world. Amazing, very big rooms with every detail perfected. Great spa with in and outdoor pool, lots of saunas and other nice things. And creme de la creme - dinner included, but not ordinary dinner, thst was perfect expirience. I will be back for 1000% absolutely love this place!

The day spa isn't worth the asking price (€85 with a light lunch and snack). Shared changing room with just one shower and two cubicles for everyone. Towels and bathrobes piled on the only available bench. Shower without shower gel/shampoo, and hair was flooded. Baskets overflowing with towels outside the pools. The lunch buffet was meager, with only enough for a salad, a first course, and a soup. I don't understand why the snack buffet had more choices than lunch, with cheese, cold cuts, desserts, and a few cold main courses (including salmon). Finally, it should be noted that the spa is 90% textile-free, making it nudist-friendly. For those who prefer to wear a swimsuit, everything is limited to a sauna, a quiet area, and the heated pool. Overall, a good spa for nudists, but from a 5-star hotel that calls itself luxury, you'd expect much, much better service. Not recommended if you're looking for a luxury day spa experience.

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. Family-run hotel. Excellent service. Award-winning food. Regular guests have told us they are surprised year after year with new features and improved service.
