This establishment boasts longstanding traditions and is well-run. Its location is enviable. Both accommodations are comfortable and, above all, spotlessly clean... almost undetectable. The interior features a spacious and bright dining room and a charming pergola outside. The service is courteous and polite...but sometimes, alas, a little lacking in promptness. The food is well-crafted and the ingredients are top-notch. The wines deserve a special mention. I would have liked to see a space dedicated to traditional local cuisine, which I personally find delicious and very palatable.

We ate on a Saturday evening at this well-known hotel/restaurant located in the area between Isola Liri and Arpino. The outdoor garden is very pretty, creating a lovely atmosphere. As for the food, it's flavorful, with generous dishes (especially the starters), although I must say that not everything we ordered was of the same quality. It's probably a good idea to ask the staff for recommendations to ensure a more satisfying experience. The real downside, however, was the service. We weren't given much attention, unlike at other tables. On two occasions, our requests were ignored or not fulfilled. First, we asked if it was possible to get stain-removing spray, and after a positive response, the waiter never responded. Then, when it came time to get the bill, the same thing happened: we asked the waiter, but it never arrived, so much so that after several minutes of waiting, we went straight inside to pay. In short, it's a shame about the service, because if they could show greater attention and care for the customers, the place could really have great potential.

We stopped at this restaurant completely by chance because we were looking for a place to have lunch. It's located right on the river, making the location very scenic. We ate well, and the staff was very friendly. I don't have any information about the hotel because we didn't use it.

Excellent, the nearby river with its animals is very pretty. Relaxing. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Parking 50 meters away! Friendly staff.

Dopo la visita, accompagnata da una giornata soleggiata, al lago di Posta Fibreno, sito incantevole, abbiamo pranzato al Ristorante Mingone dove abbiamo gustato dei piatti dai sapori notevoli in un ambiente veramente rilassante.

Ritorno dopo molto tempo a cena con amici in questo tempio della cucina ciociara. Inizio con un risotto agli scampi veramente delicato, per continuare con delle fette di tonno rosso scottate alla brace su letto di purea di cipolle rosse, piatto dal gusto notevolissimo. Soddisfatti anche i miei commensali che hanno provato una carrellata di antipasti di pesce, con sauté di cozze, moscardini in guazzetto, branzino fritto e tanto altro. Per loro anche una classica frittura di calamari e gamberi. Da bere un ottimo bianco del terriorio, e per finire ciambelline. amari e grappe varie. Prezzi medi, giusti direi per un buon menu di pesce, anche se la cena mi è stata offerta. Porzioni abbondanti. Qualche piccolissima sbavatura nel servizio, che comunque è stato veloce e attento. Cordiale e accogliente la signora che curava il nostro tavolo. Mingone si riconferma ristorante di qualità in cui è sempre piacevole andare.
