This pizzeria offers a wide variety of options, including dough types. I find the pizza peel served on a slightly awkward plate, but that doesn't detract from the excellent quality of the pizza and ingredients.

2 culinary experiences at this new pizzeria, which previously served excellent seafood dishes. The change was a risky decision, I think a painful one, but a winning one, as demonstrated by the fact that it's always full. Furthermore, I've read that the owner, Marco, also completed several internships with the famous baker Bonci in Rome, and this, in my humble opinion, was the winning move, allowing him to combine not only high-quality flours and organically grown products with his pizzas and pinsas, but also a fresh, light, and easily digestible dough. I've nicknamed it Bonci Genovese. You absolutely have to try it to believe it. Mauro the Genoese

We returned with great pleasure. The atmosphere is always up to par, the staff is kind, attentive and well-coordinated. Compliments for the pizza and fried food.

We booked about an hour in advance and found a comfortable place outside. The welcome was kind and friendly. The service was very fast: the pizzas arrived in no time. The pizzas were really delicious, with a tasty and very soft dough. The prices are also fair, slightly below average compared to other similar places. Congratulations, really good.

18/06/2025: For me, this is the best restaurant I’ve tried in Alghero. The food is good and the waiters are extremely nice. I went back three times, and all the food I tried was very delicious.
12/06/2025: I had dinner here last Saturday after booking. Nice and big location to celebrate. I think it is only suitable for eating pizza by the meter. But unfortunately I can't eat pizza anymore so I took a hamburger sandwich. Poor quality of ingredients, bread and meat. They didn't have fruit and I opted for a seada. Undercooked, it was white and with little honey. A suggestion: buying a melon or a pineapple for those who ask for a fruit instead of a dessert doesn't cost much and won't bankrupt you. In fact it would make you gain not only economically but in prestige and quality. because two slices of pineapple or melon even just served to a single customer, you would charge 6€ like the price of a dessert. Therefore you would have earned the money spent to buy them and you would have made the customer happy.
