I don't like to ruin the averages for my perceptions, so I put 4 stars but I would have given a passing grade (3) stars. The food, I love paella and I go to many Spanish restaurants, this one was good enough, but I have found many better ones elsewhere, some fantastic. Excellent garlic and oil, really good. Fiuggi water another excellence never seen elsewhere, chapeau! (With a bow). I didn't like the Sangria that much, also how it was served, a glass each, I'm used to jugs that we probably pay less for and are more abundant. The price is a bit high.
Un vero ristorante spagnolo che consente di apprezzare atmosfera, cibi e vini di quella terra. Ottime materie prime trattate con maestria e soprattutto con passione. La passione del proprietario è la leva che fa la differenza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio attento, amichevole e nel contempo rispettoso. Esci dal locala con la voglia di ritornarci per sperimentare ancora l’offerta del menu e della cantina. Infatti ci torneremo.
