I understand inflation, etc., but today we paid €7.30 for a coffee, a cappuccino, a croissant, and a pastry. Cappuccino mini cup €2.40, coffee €1.40... I'm starting to wonder if there was a mistake with the cappuccino, because the other prices were higher, but not by much.

Conad

24/10/2025: Conad is large but has 2 negatives. The cash registers during peak hours, i.e. 12/13 and 17.30/18, are few, however the products on offer run out before they start to sell.
13/10/2025: It has everything you need. The sales staff are friendly and accommodating, even if you don't speak Italian. But, like the city of Salerno, it looks a bit dated.

03/02/2026: Top marks for the quality and cooking of the meat. The pizza was really good, made with top-quality ingredients. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable, and the owner was truly kind and hospitable. I'll be back soon.
