I've been eating this pizza for 30 years, always the same recipe and good in every way. It is a business that lives off its historic clientele and has little desire to make itself known. It's almost strange to have found it on Google. It's easier both closed and open, and every time you pass by, seeing the shutter halfway is a disappointment that makes you want to find it open and eat this divine pizza, never commercial and with a mysterious recipe. A bit like Alberto, its owner.
