Meat In Latina

I've been here for dinner several times, most recently with a friend. We had a tasting of tartare, tomahawk, and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent: good meat, superbly cooked, and a very good wine (a Shiraz). The girl who served us (I think she'd just turned 18) was very nice, friendly, and approachable. A place worth spending a few hours with family or friends. It's a well-kept place, and although it's "downtown," it's far from the casino and the hustle and bustle. Well done, guys. See you again.

Dinner with a friend: good meat, excellent vegetables, delicious grilled peppers. We sat outside, and it was very quiet, perhaps because it was a weekday and not the weekend. But it was a truly pleasant place.

A pleasant, well-organized place with plenty of space between tables. Everything is meat-based. The tartares were very good, with the condiments on the plate ensuring you get just the right amount. The mini bun was also very nice. The grilled meat (T-bone steak) was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of salt and beautifully served. I think it was a bit under-aged, but it was fine; the fat had a nice flavor. The other entrecote, I think, was more delicate on the palate. The potatoes were good, and the peppers were very well-seasoned. The only downside were the desserts. Excellent red wine list. Coffee was so-so. Good, friendly, and helpful service. Quiet area with very little traffic to disturb.
