I'd like to ask if clerks are rewarded based on how quickly they go through the checkout, regardless of who's in front of them! Today, there was a girl at checkout 1 who really exhausted me, even though I asked her to take her time (I had €170.00 worth of products), and she told me she had to hurry, crowding three customers at the checkout who didn't know where to put their shopping. The question is: do you punish customers who fill their carts? It would be appropriate to slow down and take care of the customer like we did years ago!! It's important to add that I'm a regular customer and that everything else is impeccable!
