McDrive is very slow compared to other locations in the same chain. Sandwiches are already cold upon delivery. The two Happy Meals ordered for the kids contain two surprises, probably recycled from past collections (one Pokémon, the other a skateboard, while there were supposed to be Grinch surprises...). And they even forgot the parmesan cheese on both. For the record, they also forgot a toast I ordered separately, but I noticed it beforehand, asked for it, and they gave it to me. Bad!!! (I've been to this McDrive several times, and I have to say that overall, it's in line with other restaurants in Sicily. A sign that they want to improve and do well.)
