McDonald's In Sassari

Fast service, good value for money.

Among the McDs around, this outlet is well-organized; the food arrives fresh and crispy. Better than other fast food restaurants in the city, where the staff obviously hasn't received adequate training.

Classic McDonald's setting, a bit cold and noisy

Honestly, the problem isn't the food, but the service. In fact, every time we go, they forget something. Today at MC Drive-Thru, they didn't put water or spoons (for the ice cream) and they made a mistake with a sandwich.

For me, everything's fine, and I go there very often with my kids, spending a lot of money, but I really hope they lower the price of chicken wings (the only thing I eat), which at €2.50 should be more than fine. Otherwise, I'll go across the street, it makes little difference to me... a word to the wise... 😉😘

Great place. Our order was drive-thru. There was only one window open, which made everything a bit slow. Great service.

Polite and helpful staff, nice atmosphere, good food

Everything was hot. It was brought to the table. It just took a little while considering it wasn't busy. The cheese fries are delicious, but the ham or bacon isn't so tasty.

There's no need to write a review of McDonald's; we all know them well. Instead, I wanted to highlight the guy named Giacomo among all the staff. I've never seen anyone work there with such dedication and attention. I was very impressed and hope he gets a promotion.
