The chips arrived cold, the tables and seats were dirty and greasy. What a shame.

This evening, with a group of friends, we decided to stop at McDonald's in Via Trinchese in Lecce (LE) 73100, once ordered, going to sit down, given the late hour, half the room was already closed, so to not separate us, your employee Mirko kindly offered to help us find an excellent arrangement to accommodate all our needs, and despite the late hour, it is the amount of work that Mirko was evidently supporting, he still treated us with kindness and a smile, thus deserving our gratitude and a note of merit in the review, we hope you take more employees like Mirko, thanks to him I recovered a Coca-Cola that had not been served to me together with my order, we hope you reward him as he deserves, given his dedication and passion in this work, THANK YOU MIRKO🥰

This evening I bought a Big Tasty Bacon takeout, got home, and discovered I'd received a Crispy Mc Bacon. It was good, but it definitely wasn't what I'd ordered (the place was almost empty, being late).

Are you home sick? This will bring you back memories , the place you left to travel abroad. The food and services are excellent , friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at McDonald's today! 🍔 I tried the new burger, which was really delicious and I was very satisfied. The service was super fast and friendly, as always.
