McDonald's In Agrigento

The food is the same everywhere in McDonald's but here the service is very friendly and helpful.

Good, but there is a lot of confusion among the staff.

I'm dropping one star because I felt cheated by the automatic ordering system. When you order through the panel, one of the purchase options gives you the option to get 2 large McMenus and 2 Happy Meals for the price of €21.30, but when you make your choices, the system prevents you from getting 2 sandwiches. To stay within the €21.30 promo, you must order a sandwich, and in the second McMenus, 6 Chicken McNuggets, to get 2 McSandwiches!!! You have to pay a supplement!

I had taken a small offer, but they didn't give me the free mayonnaise and it's not the first time they make a mistake

It's a shame there's no option for vegans and vegetarians.

I found it to be very out of date overall. Compared to other Mc brands.

I would like to report the courtesy shown by a member of staff in helping me with a family member of mine, a person with a disability.

Food is kind of meh even for McDonald's standards. Order was without mcflurry and even when said it was missing the staff gave no response. Finally after sitting at the counter a good minute I received it, but my food was already cold.

The best McDonald's in Sicily... but it's still a McDonald's...
