The walk through of Mc drive is amazing service, really i liked it 😍🥪🥪

I often stop here before leaving. The sandwiches are very good, but they need to improve the cleanliness, especially on the tables and the floor after customers finish eating. They also need to clean the bathrooms more often during peak hours. Otherwise, everything is fine, nothing to complain about.

New and very welcoming restaurant. Table service is available, as is McDrive.

Zezo is an exceptional manager: always kind, organized, and attentive to both staff and customers. He clearly loves his job and manages to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere even during busy times.

Good place to have dinner when nothing else is open

When we saw before our visit that this McDonald's in Bolzano only had 3.6 stars, we hesitated for a moment – ​​but then unfortunately, we went anyway. Although it wasn't very busy today, there was a surprising amount of chaos. When my order arrived, the dessert was missing – so I went back to the cashier. There I discovered that I'd also gotten the wrong thing: cream instead of caramel. The fries "with cheese" for an extra two euros… well, the attached photo says more than a thousand words: There was practically no cheese at all. I felt too stupid to go back to the server. At least the Big Tasty and my wife's meal were up to the usual McDonald's standards, and it was clean, too. So I'm giving it a generous three stars.
