Decent McDonald's in front of St. Peter's. The coffee is good, and the chocolate muffin is good. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement; I was served without a tray and without even napkins, which weren't even freely available; you had to ask for them at the counter. Recommended for those in the area who want to save money; otherwise, there are better places, even McDonald's!

A convenient fast food restaurant near the colonnade of St. Peter's, nothing exceptional. There aren't many tables inside, and the service is relatively quick despite the fact that it's always crowded, especially during the day. Recommended for those who can't live without this type of meal before continuing their tour of the Vatican City area.

McDonald's in Italy is SUPER expensive. But with a child it would be an option. Crowded place, food presentable.

Good, clean, relatively spacious McDonald’s near the Vatican. Went there for breakfast, before 11 AM Some selected burgers are also offered during this time. Prices run higher than expected. A single Big Mac was €7.89 (Dec 2025). Scrambled eggs Menu for 5.99€, and two Pancakes 2.50€. Don’t get the eggs. They were 3/10 taste wise at best. The pancakes were decent, 6/10, but don’t expect them to be as great as in US Diners. The Big Mac was amazing, you could really taste the beef flavor in the patty. Only 4 stars because the restroom experience was bad. You need to enter a code from your receipt, but the door didn’t open, until we asked an employee. And the toilet was dirty.

Great fast and easy. Very clean despite all the people.

Cappucino from Mc Cafe is the best, price 1.40 €, combine with tiramisu
