McDonald's In Siderno

And it's not very clean, the food is very good and the waiters are very clean and very kind❤️

Terrible drive-thru service: an employee comes out with a tablet to take orders before reaching the kiosk with the loudspeaker, creating confusion instead of simplifying the line. They always rush delivery, and something is always missing: sometimes a toasted sandwich, or a sandwich... Tonight, out of three menus, all three fries were missing!! They don't even check that everything is there because they rush you to leave... This only happens in Siderno; this kind of confusion doesn't happen in other drive-thru locations. Improve the drive-thru service.

The food is the usual... the atmosphere is a bit dull

Food it was,good, The manager was very professional in meeting my needs. Different from Americans McDonald's.

McDonald's in Siderno is always a safe bet.

I must say that traveling around Italy and being a McDonald's customer in Siderno, I've found kindness and professionalism. Your employee, as I saw from her nametag, is Margot, and she's truly the jewel in the crown of this restaurant. Thank you.
