McDonald's In Trapani

I don't like the area where it is located but I really like the food, I especially order the chicken and the pankeic and other things

Excellent, knowledgeable staff, and a very clean place. I'd also add that the service was very fast, despite the fact that the restaurant was quite crowded.

The food was really good, the waiters were polite and the waiting time was short.

Unfortunately, I waited a very long time for my coffee. When I inquired about it, as it had been more than 20 minutes since I ordered, I had to wait another 10 minutes or so before they delivered the wrong coffee. When I finally received an Americano, it was only half full, even though I had ordered a large one. Initially, I could barely find a table to sit at, even though they were all empty; it simply wasn't clean. There were still stains on the tables everywhere. The men's restroom only had one designated area for using the toilet. The floor there was extremely dirty, it smelled very unpleasant, and of course, there was no toilet paper. I do, however, find the price of €1.90 for a large Americano to be reasonable and fair.

We booked for delivery to our table, the number prominently displayed at a local corner table. We'd seen the waiter with the mc burgers come around and put them down at the counter, but we didn't think they were ours. He continued to deliver to the tables, and the minutes ticked by. In the meantime, he made two deliveries to the table next to ours, one of his friends. About 15 minutes had passed, and I went to ask for information at the counter. They asked me for my reservation number and told me the waiter hadn't found us. They told me I could take them if I wanted. But after about 15 minutes, the mc burgers and fries had gotten cold, and I refused. Consequently, the counter assistant asked, I presume, the manager, who was at the register at the time, what she should do; the manager ordered her to remake them. After exactly 2 minutes, they delivered our ordered mc burgers.

I was skeptical about the reviews but instead we had a great time, very good sandwiches, tasty and crunchy chips, clean environment and fast service.

I haven't eaten there for months. The last few times I've eaten there, I've always had a stomach ache, dizziness, and diarrhea. I don't know what they're up to in there, but I'll never go there again.

Very nice coffee made from beans. Otherwise, just McDonald's.

Okay, compared to other locations, this one in Trapani is the best in the province for me.
