Surprised by the speed of the service, kind and helpful staff

The place is very large and adequately clean. In addition to the staff in charge of serving meals, there are also those who manage the pizza department. Some times I was disappointed with the meal, namely one Friday when there was fish - octopus - which in addition to being disgusting to eat, smelled of stale. It was not possible at the time to report the case to the lady in charge of the cashier but rather calmly reported it the following day on 11/14/25 when I returned to the place who was totally sorry for what had happened without, among other things, charging a 🍺. It was a necessary report also because the lunch had been paid for and not consumed due to the inconvenience encountered because I had to bring them there. I did not do it because of the people present
