The parking lot is small and poorly used by customers. The service is barely adequate. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, with very, very loud customers who show little respect for other customers.

I have to say. I'd been there before, but then I looked at the reviews and was afraid to go back. However, I was just passing through and wanted to take a chance. I'll tell you about my experience. I asked the staff for some information, and they were very kind. During the long wait, they smiled at me. The food was all good, freshly made, and in the right portions. I've also been to their drive-thru a couple of times years ago, no problems. I can't explain the reviews. In any case, if I have a negative experience, I'm ready to change my mind.
