McDonald's In Ravenna

Comfortable P Comfortable and clean place but the price is now at restaurant level. They try to put as little food as possible either to save money or to avoid paying attention.

The place was clean and well-maintained, but the Crispy Mc Bacon had decidedly too little bacon. Furthermore, the cheese and sauce were placed poorly, resulting in an inconsistent taste experience from the first bite to the last.

The fries are always hot compared to other MCs, the hospitality is very kind.

This evening I was served and welcomed by these very cheerful and enthusiastic employees. Special thanks to Camilo, Sonia, Anna, and the manager Monica. A unique experience!

A youthful and well-organized place. Huge parking lot and a cool interior. Excellent and fast table service. The usual tasty menu.

I want to leave a review for Amir, the guy who just served me at McDonald's. He was really kind, polite, and welcoming from the start. His always smiling and respectful manner made my experience much more pleasant than usual. It's rare to find someone so attentive and friendly in customer service. Kudos to Amir – people like him really make a difference! And we are regulars at this McDonald's 💛

Unfortunately, I have to report a disappointing experience that happens all too often. The milkshake flavors are often the wrong ones, and the quantities of McFlurrys with extras aren't consistent with what was requested and paid for. I've pointed out the problem to an employee several times, but the response has been a curt, "Hey, the quantities are those," with no willingness to resolve or verify. I understand there are guidelines, but if a customer pays extra, they at least expect their order to be respected. A little more attention and care for those paying would be appreciated.
