McDonald's In Bolzano

I had a great time! Very friendly staff and fast service. Located right in the center and very close to where I stayed, Bolzano has always been in my heart... I can't wait to go back!

Waiting 15 minutes for a chicken burger while one menu after another goes out...

It’s McDonald’s lol I didn’t have great cell service with my American phone so I had to come to McDonald’s for WiFi. Honestly McDonald’s had the best and fastest wifi I’ve experienced while traveling through Italy. Saved my ass a few times. Chicken nuggets don’t taste any better or worse than what o remember in America but I don’t eat it that often

Classic McDonald's in a great location (in front of the Duomo), the only flaw is the service: they often make a mistake in delivering the order and/or the offers don't work.

McDonald's in Bolzano is undoubtedly one of the best in the chain in the entire region. Located in a strategic position, easily reachable both on foot from the center and by public transport, it is an ideal reference point for a quick lunch break or an informal dinner, especially during days of shopping or sightseeing. The restaurant is large, modern and well-kept, with a clean and welcoming environment. The organization of the service is truly efficient: even at times of greatest attendance, the wait remains short thanks to the digital kiosks that allow you to order independently and easily. The staff is always friendly, helpful and quick in handling orders, which makes the experience even more pleasant. A note of merit also goes to the quality of the food: McDonald's standards are maintained to perfection, and the products are always fresh and well prepared. The limited editions, as well as the classics on the menu, are proposed with attention, and there is always something new to try. Furthermore, for those with special needs, vegetarian options and lighter alternatives are available. A strong point of this location is also the area dedicated to children, ideal for families, as well as the presence of the McCafé for those who simply want a good coffee or a sweet break. The only less positive aspect concerns the bathrooms, which are subject to a fee. Even if the cost is minimal, it can be annoying for those who are already customers of the place. It would be desirable to offer free access at least to those who consume, perhaps through a code on the receipt, as happens in other cities. Apart from this detail, the overall experience is decidedly positive. If you are in Bolzano and are looking for a fast, clean and reliable place to eat, this McDonald's is a choice that does not disappoint.
