McDonald's In Sora

The staff were extremely kind and professional....we even went to compliment the manager on this. The food was very good. The only downside was the noise from the children screaming outside, using the toys provided. Other than that (which wasn't a minor annoyance, though), the rest of the experience was a very positive one.

Wonderful experience. We were there for dinner last night. It was very crowded and our order was delayed, but there was a very sweet and polite waiter, Adriano, who apologized and paid close attention to our order. He made us smile and immediately accommodated our request. ❤️

I arrived at 11pm, maybe a little late... the environment was clean, but a little deserted.

Tonight, as we often do, my husband and I went for a McFlurry after work. Other nights we've been well served and satisfied, but tonight, seeing our glasses practically empty, we asked an employee why. She responded with unparalleled arrogance and rudeness that 100g was the correct serving size, but our glasses were empty, three spoonfuls of product. She didn't want to hear anything, just turned around and left without any further discussion. Across from us was a table of young people who, meanwhile, asked the same woman about their order, since they'd been waiting half an hour and received the same treatment as us. I understand that there are standard serving sizes, but a minimum of courtesy and customer service should never be lacking. The arrogance with which we were treated made the experience truly unpleasant. I hope management can consider the importance of customer service, because even a small gesture can make a difference.
