McDonald's In Castelvetrano

I arrive at McDonald's at 11:50 to get a Moroccan coffee, I take advantage of seeing that there is no one there but still they make me wait for a good 25 minutes, I head to the coffee shop and they tell me they are waiting for the colleague because no one knows how to do it, I sit down again and wait another 10 minutes, the order is placed on the counter to be served but no one takes it (in the kitchen about 6/7 people) I get up and take it to the table myself... I can understand if there had been confusion but the place was almost empty

Excellent. Very friendly staff.

I've been several times and I must say it's strategically located and convenient for travelers. Like all MCs, you'll find ordering screens inside, and the staff are friendly and fast.

Clean, fast service, the dish is even ok, although different from other McDonald's in Europe, there is definitely less cabbage and tomatoes, which surprised me, they should work on it.

It's a very welcoming place. It knows how to attract customers. With its offers. It lets you try the sandwiches... and then customers can't help but... the MC is fabulous... excellent... fabulous.

So much fun comparing North America to what they do at this McDonald’s lots of fun.

Much better than many other Mc's in Sicily. Clean, even though it was late Sunday night, well-made sandwiches, and attentive staff.

The first time I went to a McDonald's I went to the one in Castelvetrano since there wasn't a McDonald's in my city yet. At first, when I was eating, everything was pretty good and the prices were low, then after a while I visited other McDonald's and when I returned to the one in Castelvetrano I couldn't eat, cold fries, watery Coke and the wrong sandwiches, for example, in the cheeseburger they remove the gherkins but they arrived anyway and I had to start removing them, terrible place!
