After the renovation works, hygiene and order are now a reality. Finally!!

I visited Mc Donald's in Doganella this evening but I left dissatisfied with the employee's service inside the restaurant. I called the manager 'Mauro' several times in front of the counter, reading from his sweater tag, but he snubbed me with an overbearing and indifferent air, not paying attention and availability to my requests. Luckily there were two other guys wearing the same shirt as him who, seeing his unavailability, lent me help and listened. It's true, we're in a fast food restaurant, what can we expect?! But I believe that when we are exposed to the public and therefore 'customers' we should be totally empathetic and helpful, I hope you take action against these negative attitudes for a different and therefore better service.

I really liked the new outdoor soazio, but the store does not have an agreement with the offers in the app

mess like a barn, at least the staff tried to clean it up with a giant bag.

The best MC in Naples Daniela always very helpful

It is a historic McDonald's, open for years, a point of reference for many of the nearby neighborhoods. It has always been very comfortable and well kept with the play area outside. I went there as a child and still pass by there today. They have always been very kind to me and it has always been good.
