McDonald's In Napoli

I recently stopped by the McDonald's in Doganella and I have to say it's really convenient, especially if you're traveling along the ring road. The restaurant is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating, making it ideal for families or groups. The staff is mostly courteous, although service can be a bit slow during busy periods. Cleanliness is average, but there were times when some tables weren't properly set. The food is classic McDonald's: crispy fries, well-served burgers, and tasty desserts. Nothing exceptional, but satisfying if you're looking for a quick meal. Drive-thru is quick and convenient for those who want to continue their journey without stopping too long.

Good place to kill time wi the kids before airport. Let them play on the electronic games tables.

The parking lot needs to be improved. It's very small!

Very clean, beautiful views of all of Naples, but the cappuccino here is not tasty, when you order a large cappuccino they just add more milk, which makes the taste disgusting, and it's slightly warm, instead of hot, as they do all over the world...

Good restaurant always clean and with friendly staff even if a little slow

Ho fatto visita stasera al Mc Donald's di Doganella ma me ne sono andata insoddisfatta del servizio del collaboratore all'interno del locale. Ho chiamato più e più volte davanti al bancone il responsabile 'Mauro', letto dal suo cartellino del maglioncino, ma mi ha snobbato con aria prepotente e indifferente non prestando attenzione e disponibilità alle mie richieste. Fortunatamente c'erano altri due ragazzi con la sua stessa camicia che, vedendo la sua indisponibilità, mi hanno prestato aiuto e ascolto. È vero, siamo in un fast food cosa possiamo pretendere?! Ma credo che nel momento in cui siamo esposti col pubblico quindi 'clienti' dovremmo essere totalmente empatici e servizievoli, spero prendiate provvedimenti verso questi atteggiamenti negativi per un servizio diverso, quindi migliore.
