Ho fatto visita stasera al Mc Donald's di Doganella ma me ne sono andata insoddisfatta del servizio del collaboratore all'interno del locale. Ho chiamato più e più volte davanti al bancone il responsabile 'Mauro', letto dal suo cartellino del maglioncino, ma mi ha snobbato con aria prepotente e indifferente non prestando attenzione e disponibilità alle mie richieste. Fortunatamente c'erano altri due ragazzi con la sua stessa camicia che, vedendo la sua indisponibilità, mi hanno prestato aiuto e ascolto. È vero, siamo in un fast food cosa possiamo pretendere?! Ma credo che nel momento in cui siamo esposti col pubblico quindi 'clienti' dovremmo essere totalmente empatici e servizievoli, spero prendiate provvedimenti verso questi atteggiamenti negativi per un servizio diverso, quindi migliore.

I visited Mc Donald's in Doganella this evening but I left dissatisfied with the employee's service inside the restaurant. I called the manager 'Mauro' several times in front of the counter, reading from his sweater tag, but he snubbed me with an overbearing and indifferent air, not paying attention and availability to my requests. Luckily there were two other guys wearing the same shirt as him who, seeing his unavailability, lent me help and listened. It's true, we're in a fast food restaurant, what can we expect?! But I believe that when we are exposed to the public and therefore 'customers' we should be totally empathetic and helpful, I hope you take action against these negative attitudes for a different and therefore better service.
