We had breakfast. 2 croissants filled with chocolate and cream...pretty good. Can 2 mini donats hard and old. Can be improved.

It's too hot, they don't turn on the air conditioning

I go to the cashier asking kindly for help to order at the terminal. The very kind girl at the cashier calls a colleague, so far everything is ok, kindness from both girls... until with eyes fixed on the display and ears wide open, my order is far exceeded. I ask a girl who placed the order after me what number she had, and it was 5 numbers later, but she had already been served... I go to the cashier and ask for information... I see that they look at each other and conspire about my order that had slipped out... ok, that's fine, you're working on it... but one of them comes over and makes fun of me because I had been called, which wasn't true, and turns away, saying we'll do it again now... and going to a colleague, she tells her to place this order right away... and another girl who is attentive to all this asks me if they were serving me, she also noticed that something was wrong... so I understand the job, I understand that if they have more than 10 people they go crazy, but making fun of me, no, I don't accept it, it was enough to just apologize and place the order without being arrogant, too bad I didn't read the girl's name otherwise I would have reported her

Excellent especially for the prices which are significantly lower than those of the Mc Donalds in Tivoli Terme. I didn't know that the Mc Donalds managers could decide on different rates.

all good. the food was nice, however some items from our order were not delivered despite the restaurant being half empty.

A modern McDonald's like the one in Germany, and it tastes like the one in Germany, too. Whether that's good or bad is up to each individual to decide. 😉
