McDonald's In Mantova

Since the renovation, the spaces from chair to chair and from chair to table are very very narrow. What a shame!!!!!!!!

Dirty place... Ask kindly if they can give you a rag to clean the table and they tell me that they will come over to clean it right away and everything is ok. The lady cleaned 2 tables for 2 people really clean... the 5 tables in a row dirty with crumbs from breakfasts remained the same and at 11:00 there must have been 10 people... I'm still standing next to the table waiting for her to clean it... the lady looks at me and she definitely saw the dirty tables... nothing, she goes away as if nothing had happened leaving the tables full of crumbs and crumpled receipts... I go and tell her again and she says I've already been... at which point I tell her that's fine but if you tell me that those are clean we have different concepts of clean... They were all small tables, I needed a bigger one since I also had to put a high chair on it. In the end I cleaned the table myself!..

We stopped at this McDonald's in Curtatone on Friday late in the evening. The internal room was already closed but we were able to order at the Drive and eat at the outside tables. Everything made on the spot still nice and hot, delicious Smoky and Fantastic Nuggets. Very short waits, kind and prepared staff. Large parking lot

With regret I removed the 5 stars that had been going on for 6 years. The change of management probably didn't help at all. It would have been almost impossible to reach the level of the previous management, however it remains my favorite because there is much worse. I hope to return to the 5 stars as soon as possible. Come on guys you can do it!
