✅ Positives • Central location in the heart of Salerno, easily accessible on foot or by car • Two floors with seating, both inside and outside, theoretically enough space ❌ Problems & Shortcomings 1. Extremely poor cleanliness • Outdoor area very dirty: paper, cups, food leftovers • Indoors: sticky floors, dirty tables, smelly toilets 2. Unfriendly, inefficient service • Irritable staff, lack of commitment • Frequently missing or incorrect orders 3. Long wait times & organizational chaos • Orders take an unusually long time • Kiosks available, but staff are lacking → lines 4. Poor accessibility • Upper floor only accessible via narrow stairs • Hardly suitable for families with strollers 5. General location problems • Recurring complaints about hygiene and organization • In summer 2023, the location even had to temporarily close due to a broken air conditioning system and employee protests 💬 Conclusion This location hardly delivers the standard experience you'd expect from McDonald's expected. Hygiene and service are well below average, and the organization seems chaotic. The location and concept barely manage to save the rating at 3 stars.

One of the best McDonald's in Salerno due to its strategic position, right in the center and the possibility of consuming the dishes outside the restaurant. Excellent sandwiches and chips.

Well, the food is mainly takeaway that's why I say ok. I recommend it!

Like all the others. Not too big and a bit awkward to carry the tray upstairs to sit on. Not very big

I found a well-kept and clean place (within the limits of how dirty a large group of possessed teenagers can make). The staff was friendly or at least professional. In particular Dina who with a disarming smile tries to satisfy the customers' requests. Of course the waiting times are not very short but in line with the number of customers.

Fairly fast service, decent food.

Quality of the food and ambience of the restaurant is great but 15 minutes for 3 hamburgers can really be optimized
