Good food but the place isn't that great

I would like to express my most sincere appreciation for the extraordinary manager Gilda of the McDonald's in via Roma. Every time I visit this restaurant, his presence and professionalism contribute to making the experience truly exceptional. Gilda stands out for her impeccable leadership and the dedication with which she manages the restaurant. During my last visit, I noticed how skilled he is at coordinating the team, ensuring that service is always quick and efficient, even at busy times. His ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment is evident and positively impacts all staff. One of the things I appreciate most about Gilda is her attention to detail and her genuine interest in customer satisfaction. He greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was perfect. When I had a small special request, Gilda went out of her way to make sure it was satisfied, demonstrating great availability and courtesy. The cleanliness and order of the restaurant are always impeccable, a clear reflection of Gilda's careful management. It is clear that he puts a lot of effort into maintaining McDonald's high standards, and this translates into an enjoyable experience for all customers. Furthermore, Gilda has an extraordinary ability to solve any problems quickly and efficiently. I saw how she handled a complicated situation with a client, remaining calm and professional and finding a solution that satisfied all parties involved. In conclusion, Gilda is an exceptional manager who deserves great recognition for her work. His professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail make the McDonald's in via Roma a place I always gladly return to. Thanks to her, I know that every visit will be characterized by excellent service and a welcoming environment.

Classic MC Donald's that has nothing different from the others. There is no parking, the prices are the same as the others obviously, very chaotic in the evening which is the peak day period. The bathroom doors open electronically, something never seen before. Good, not bad

This has been our favorite spot to eat in Salerno, the best food in salerno in my opinion and great service. Thank you!

Good evening, today I had the pleasure and honor of nourishing myself with the products of the aforementioned restaurant. I must say that the environment in which I was welcomed left a bit of bitterness, acidity and vinegar in my mouth, however the food and service were quite gratifying. I must confess that, although every bite of a sandwich is a boatload of carbohydrates the food offered is pleasant, please a little more order and clarity when collecting it at the checkout. Thank you.

The upper room is very welcoming

Nice for a snack but the bathrooms were dirty and there was no paper

It's McDonald's, it's good wherever it is, but this is not the best

There are no numbers but if you ask they will also take you upstairs

Honestly, I didn't like it much, I found it a bit chaotic and not particularly clean. I found the sandwiches in other McDonald's to be more accurate in preparation.
