Much improved compared to a while ago, when I had a terrible experience. The only thing you could improve to be top-notch is to make the toast a little hotter. Keep it up. Exceptional fast service and friendly staff.

I went to the MC in Biella with a friend of mine. Both my friend and I received half-empty portions of fries (large ones), so we might as well have gotten the small ones. Never again.

Good morning, I'm a regular customer. Everything is perfect, except that something a little unpleasant has happened quite frequently. I'm sorry for the lady in question and her dog, but every time someone eats at the table next to hers, a foul odor accompanies the breakfast of the unfortunate guests next to hers. I never intended to write this, but we've noticed that other customers are complaining and experiencing discomfort. I'm writing this review so that the necessary precautions can be taken without harming the lady in question. Thank you for your attention.

More than for the food, I often find myself here at McCafé and the staff is kind and attentive, you can find excellent croissants and other sweets for a good and also cheap breakfast!!

14/01/2026: A small mountain chalet with exquisite home cooking. The desserts are excellent.
01/11/2025: Unfortunately it was closed when I passed by, but I'll give it three stars just for the view. We'll see when we can use the place.

16/08/2025: A must for anyone visiting Biella!! The gelato is truly superb and artisanal (you must try their cream and zabaglione). For breakfast, the cappuccino is excellent, with a truly delicious homemade brioche. The staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. This chalet is the "good" story of Biella!
