I have to say that for a McDonald's, the burgers are free of any junk (except for the quality of the product, which is made entirely of meat, as per the ingredients list) and the food is still good. The service and availability are exceptional!

Among the various McDonald's locations in the area, certainly the least valid, probably pays for the fact that it was among the first to have opened, the structure is dated and insufficient for the reality of Biella, often too crowded, with a parking lot in front of the premises that is difficult to navigate, also due to the interference of the Drive service. It would be desirable to modernize the premises or perhaps transfer to a larger facility.

09/10/2025: Our waiter was great! Spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We both had the crunch burger which was tasty as were the fries. Our wine and beer were very good and the view was spectacular. The price was fair for the location. €49. I'd go again.
28/09/2025: A delicious place right on the lakefront. There are many options, and they are all excellent. I highly recommend it.
