I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bolzano with my wife and, overall, the experience was positive. The room was well furnished and comfortable, with an adequate level of cleanliness and care. However, the bathroom has a significant limitation: it lacks a bidet or, alternatively, a hand shower next to the toilet, which would have been very useful. Another point to improve is the heating fan, which proved to be quite noisy during the night, disturbing my sleep. Breakfast was good, with a variety of quality options. The location is convenient for business travelers, being in a business area near the fair, with plenty of parking available nearby. Recommended for short stays, but some details could be refined to make the experience even more pleasant.

Very welcoming hotel, well maintained and in an extremely strategic position two hundred meters from the station which allows you to reach all the main locations with ease. Excellent food, breakfast and room service both satisfactory. Welcoming and friendly F&B staff. Special note for the front office: everyone is extremely efficient and kind, you can see that they work with passion. Camilla in particular, made us feel welcome in the true sense of the word. I have been working for Marriott for 7 years now and I know how to recognize when someone puts in the commitment that makes our chain one of the best in the world, which would be nothing without the contribution of every link. Good hotel in an excellent location for those arriving in Bolzano by car

Actually a great location, because there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Tickets are available at the hotel reception, you can take the bus to the city center - it's something. Plus, I don't have to worry about parking space. The hotel has two options for evening meals, both of which are recommended. The concierge are all very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is amazing (I'm at a loss for words), a mega view of the Alps and the parking lot is excellent even for a motorcycle team:

Chain hotel. Convenient location to the motorway, less so to the centre. Bar with a nice stylistic impact that organizes aperitifs, live performances, and a restaurant for both business and leisure dinners.

Nice, well-kept hotel with excellent staff at the reception. The spa with its outdoor area is also very clean. But it was also very full during our visit. Also recommended is the bar, which serves excellent cocktails. All in all, highly recommended.

It's not the best, the room overlooking the warehouse, a coming and going of trucks, dirty carpet, lights in the common corridors that turn on with the photocell which often makes them leave late, forcing you to do some stretches in the dark, it can be done better.
