My stay at this hotel was entirely positive. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean, which ensures a high level of comfort. Particularly noteworthy was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer questions and requests. Another plus point is the excellent food. What is served here is definitely not run-of-the-mill, but rather lovingly and creatively prepared meals that taste great. I was amazed by the variety and quality of the food. The breakfast is excellent. A small drawback is the location of the hotel, which is not ideal. However, this is not a big problem as the city center can be reached quickly and easily by bike. So if you like cycling, you will hardly find the location a disadvantage. I'll comment on the bar separately, but overall I can highly recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Well connected and a good hotel for stay.

After about two years, we returned to this hotel located in the industrial area of ​​the city. We chose the same type of room, an Executive King Suite. Overall cleanliness was good, and our room number 221 on the second floor was spacious, bright and with comfortable beds. The air conditioned temperature was optimal. However, our room bordered another building or technical rooms, and we constantly experienced background noise, even at night (with an average of 50 dB recorded via the sound level meter application on my mobile phone), which negatively affected the quality of sleep. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved with an immediate room change on the first night. On the second day we were offered a room on the fourth floor with Tyrolean furnishings, but with the same border problem (room 421), so we decided not to grant the change. On the third day, the matter was completely forgotten, but we were tired of having to move at the last moment. Unfortunately, the management and staff did not consider this penalty in any way. The hotel offers a large swimming pool, a whirlpool and a spa on the top floor. We confirm the welcome and availability of the dining room staff. However, we didn't like the absence of a bidet in the bathroom and the type of shower that didn't allow you to wash in a "normal" way, since the shower head was too close to the wall and the edge of the tub. The breakfast was quite complete and varied in terms of savory foods, but less so in terms of sweets (for example, there was no strudel). Furthermore, the yogurt present only on the first day had today's expiry date (it is known that the cultures disappear as they approach the expiry date), and the eggs were category 3 (i.e. from hens raised in closed cages). Finally, there is no free parking, so we opted for the paid one. Overall, we recommend the structure, but we suggest the management pay more attention to the customer who expects adequate treatment based on the expense incurred.

A hotel brand under the Sheraton Group, a very new and clean four-star hotel with beautiful views of the Dolomites. There is a supermarket nearby and the food is delicious. Highly recommend this series of hotels. The dinner was delicious and the restaurant had an atmosphere. Breakfast also provides freshly made juice and freshly fried omelettes. This hotel also has a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use it. Because this hotel likes the Four Points series of hotels.

The suite is spacious but also correspondingly expensive considering that you live in an industrial area. Cleanliness of the room is okay. Shower head calcified and little pressure. Shower tray very slippery. No disposable toothbrush, which is common in business hotels. The biggest deduction is that it was not informed that there was a party with a lot of bass in the neighboring building, which lasted until late at night. Either you allocate a room on the other side of the house or point this out when booking. There are also people who work and have to get out fit in the morning. Location next to trade fair and industrial area.

The hotel is very nice, everything is very clean. Breakfast selection was large, but scrambled eggs and bacon were unfortunately cold. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is nice but a bit small, but was sufficient as there wasn't much going on. The view was wonderful. However, the location in the middle of the commercial area is probably not for everyone. We had a room facing the inner courtyard, where it was super quiet. Room was also very clean

right next to the fair, at the Bolzano Sud train stop and at the motorway exit...very convenient...nice rooms, very nice wellness center on the roof, excellent and very nice breakfast...I didn't try the restaurant but it looked like Optimal
