If you book a very large suite, do not book a room with it. The suite consists of a large living room, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and a very comfortable bedroom. I recommend this hotel in Bolzano. Their breakfast is average, honestly.

Excellent hotel, excellent services, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms. Well located for those traveling by car thanks to its proximity to the highway exit, it should be noted, however, that the hotel is far from the city center, a detail that in my opinion does not affect the rating. Highly recommended!

Four stars for the room only because I had a shower in a bathtub, and it wasn't at all comfortable. Otherwise, a good business hotel.

Excellent hotel close to the train station and airport, about 6 km from Bolzano city center, but close to several bars and shopping centers. The pool is open until 10 pm, along with a gym and sauna. It's very clean overall, and offers a generous buffet breakfast.

The good: Modern feel, good benefits for Elite members, generally competent service. Modern bathroom. Convenient location reasonably close to the airport. The not so good: Cheap, springy mattresses. The restaurant has delusions of grandeur. 4 Points, by definition, is a budget option that targets business travellers with less high end services. So the overblown prices and shrunken portions in the restaurant just make zero sense (26 euros for two tiny pieces of sea bass). I have paid these prices at luxury hotels, but at a 4points it's utterly ridiculous.

The hotel is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the bathrooms are comfortable and have a bathtub and bidet, the Wi-Fi is strong and it is close to the supermarket. It was a good choice, thank God.

The usual cold Bolzano "courtesy." A colleague from Brescia was asked for his passport. The restaurant staff is embarrassing. I feel more at ease in Switzerland... I politely—I repeat, politely—pointed out that the elevator from the garage was struggling to get up, but the woman at reception questioned what I—I repeat, politely—told her!!! Doesn't that hotel have a strong concept of customer satisfaction? And I'll stop there.

A beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The breakfast is varied. The location is close to Bolzano Airport, almost in the industrial area. The hotel is generally excellent. Its drawback is that parking is 25 euros per night at the hotel, or parking in the parking lot next to the hotel is 10 euros per night.
