Very nice bar and friendly staff! Pleasant atmosphere

This is a great property to stay at if you are passing through Bolzano for business or pleasure. The rooms are standard sized for Marriott properties, which are larger than typical rooms you will find in Europe. There are several dining facilities on-site and the free breakfast is nice. The staff are helpful and attentive.

Hotel located near the center of Bolzano, equipped with every comfort from bar, restaurant and spa service. The rooms are really spacious and beautiful. The bar is as good as the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beautiful spa, a little small but excellent for spending a few hours relaxing.

Truly highly recommended hotel for quality, cleanliness and location

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano and overall the experience was good, but with some aspects that could be improved. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers, and the facility is modern and well-kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a good standard of cleanliness. The spa and swimming pool are also a pleasant plus for relaxing after a busy day. However, I expected a little more from the service. On some occasions, staff were less than attentive or not particularly welcoming, and waiting times for some requests were longer than expected. Even the breakfast, although varied, could be improved in quality and in the management of spaces during peak hours. Overall, it is a good hotel, but with a few small adjustments it could really offer an experience worthy of the brand

I had specified a shower and received a bathtub, of course, which also had mold stains. Was rebooked into a room with a shower by the friendly staff. Things were even worse there with mold in the bathroom and sealing strips on the shower wall. I don't think the carpet in the hotel room is hygienic. The rooms don't keep up with the appearance of the hotel and the brand. Lots of appearances. In addition to the trade fair, the occupancy rate probably makes the hotel lucrative. Nice view is something else.
