We dined at this restaurant for a whole week because we loved it and wanted to try all the dishes. The restaurant is very large (and therefore a bit noisy) and the cuisine is made on-site, so during high season, service can be a bit slow. Vito is very friendly and welcoming, and the waiters are also kind and professional. The prices are in line with similar restaurants, and the portions are generous; in fact, we didn't get to try the desserts. The seafood first courses are all delicious, from the more traditional ones like seafood risotto, passatelli, spaghetti with clams, and strozzapreti with shrimp, to the more unusual ones like seafood carbonara and seafood-filled gnocchi. The paccheri with lobster are spectacular. For appetizers, we loved the cold cuttlefish tagliatelle with stracciatella and fennel taralli crumble, and the octopus with turmeric potato cream. I didn't give it 5 stars because we were a bit disappointed by the seafood grill and the gratin (the mussels were completely missing bread), and because a couple of the first courses we ordered a second time weren't as good. It could be that late at night, at the end of August, the kitchen was a bit tired. I think the menu lacks a nice, simple fish dish, like sea bream cooked in salt or "acqua pazza" (crazy water), and regular bread, because the pizza bianca is delicious and popular, but it's too filling and you can't mop it up with bread! The licorice liqueur, served cold at the end of the meal, is excellent. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

SENSATIONAL! The selection of dishes was amazing!! At Romano, the Seafood Carbonara was out of this world! Everything was perfect: you can see that the restaurant pays attention to every detail, from the quality of the products to the professionalism of the staff. I'll definitely be back!

My favorite restaurant in Rimini! I love the raw seafood, risotto, and panna cotta, but honestly every dish and dessert is perfect. What really makes the difference is the staff — the waiters are fantastic! You feel more like visiting friends than just going to a restaurant. I will come back.
