Mc Donald's In Rimini

I have been to this place many times and every time it is a real pleasure to return. Even on the service front there is nothing to say but praise: the organization is impeccable, the staff is always polite, helpful and very kind, welcoming you with a smile and ready to satisfy every request with great professionalism. Another aspect that deserves to be highlighted is hygiene: the environment is always very clean, tidy and well-kept both in the room and in the bathrooms. I highly recommend this mc to those looking for quality, courtesy and a truly pleasant experience. I will definitely return many more times!

McDonald's in the normal category

For the 1st time a Mc Donald's with 10e praise service. As soon as we arrived for lunch on Sunday 4th May we were greeted by the not at all obvious nor even fake smile of Anna Maria, who made us sit at the free automatic order stations. We were in the company of my 3 year old son who was immediately given a branded balloon (never happened in many years as McDonald's customers). We took sandwiches, nuggets, salad (the only one that was poor for the price offered). The bathroom, we went to the disabled/children's bathroom equipped with a fairly clean changing table. My children had taken the Mc Flurry then they informed us that it wasn't available and they offered them something else that cost more on the price list, a gesture appreciated. Experience absolutely worth repeating and recommending and certainly the best Mc Donald's team in the area from Cattolica to Rimini, keep it up!
