Today I returned to Mater. I had an experience I can't match with other restaurants: the menu changes with the new season, and as always, they carefully choose each ingredient to pair with another. I usually order the Sauris, but I wanted a change, and given the new menu, I ordered the 21 Settembre. This pizza is very balanced, perfect for those who like chestnuts, paired with mushrooms and guanciale.
