The service is attentive and meticulous, always friendly and helpful.
We're from southern Rome, so it's definitely worth a visit; it's easy to get to.

The pizza has a phenomenal dough that I've absolutely not found anywhere else. As someone who's used sourdough starter at home, I recognize that the dough is 100% sourdough starter, with no added yeast, and it's incredibly easy to work with. Its lightness and digestibility are unparalleled. The ingredients on top are also delicious.
Their sourdough panettone is also fantastic: I got the Velluto and couldn't resist buying the whole panettone to take home :-)
I'll add that I had the pleasure of speaking with Amalia: she's a true delight, with a deep love for both the products she makes and the people she serves. A big hug, dearest Amalia :-)

What can I say? It was recommended to me a few months ago, but we'd never gotten around to it, but after this first visit, I think we'll be back; it's worth it. The supplì are among the best; the cacio e pepe one tastes like cacio e pepe, for example, thanks in part to the excellent pepper. In short, the excellent ingredients are evident in that too. The saffron one is spectacular. The formula allows you to try multiple pizzas, and thank goodness for that, because once you've started, you'll want to eat them all, from the one that most resembles a regular Margherita to the ones you'd never expect.

For me, they're the absolute best, unbeatable!
Eating pizza is a sensory experience. We always order an appetizer and dessert, and we're super happy during the Christmas season because the panettone is something unique (we also always buy at least one each, pre-ordering!!). It's a shame it's a bit far from home, otherwise we'd come much more often!! They've become very loyal customers, and my compliments to Amalia are always fantastic. See you next time!

Gourmet pizzeria with excellent options. There were four of us, and we sampled several different pizzas (which I highly recommend), sharing them among ourselves. The ingredients used are excellent, and the service is truly appreciable. The beer selection is decent.

The gourmet pizzeria I had the pleasure of visiting is a true gem in the heart of Sabina, run by a wonderful family who exudes warmth and passion in every dish. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family, and I couldn't have made a better choice.
Upon entry, we were greeted with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The menu offered a selection of unique pizzas, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, some of which are true culinary works of art. We opted for pizzas with gourmet ingredients, which expertly blended traditional and innovative flavors.
Every bite was a sensory experience: the crust was perfectly leavened and crispy, while the toppings were balanced and flavorful. We also enjoyed the variety of artisanal appetizers and desserts, which beautifully complemented our meal.
The real icing on the cake, however, was the hospitality of the family who runs the pizzeria. They made our dinner even more special with their impeccable service, always attentive to our every request and creating a festive atmosphere. It's clear they love what they do and that they treat their customers like family.
