There is simply no disabled access to go down two floors to access the rooms. No elevator and no inclined plane. Otherwise the hotel is perfect. The water in the rooms is declared non-potable, but unlike in France where hotels are required to provide bottles of water in the rooms when the water is not drinkable, the water is chargeable. It is a bit of a shame for a hotel of this class to fall a little on details.

I was very happy and pleased with the special attention paid to my dietary needs (vegan). One member of our group is vegetarian, and another cannot eat gluten. They also received perfect meals. One from our group was also a vegetarian, and one gluten free, and they were catered for yo perfection also. I am most appreciative for the effort as the taste of every meal was utterly delicious. Fantastic place, clean rooms, very nice pools... all in all, a pleasure to stay there! I'll be back.
