Welcoming place, kind and helpful staff, superlative pizza and snacks!

Invited by friends, I discovered this pizzeria. We ate in the covered patio, recreated on the streetside. The ambiance could use some updating, with tables that could be better arranged, and the air conditioning barely audible given the scorching heat. After a few appetizers, we ordered pizza. The menu was very inventive, and I had high expectations. The pizza, however, was average, not enough to justify such a high price. At the waitress's recommendation, I added a mozzarella stick to the pizza, but I ended up with a cherry in the center of the pizza—not quite the same thing.

Excellent pizza, fantastic artisanal croquettes

We were there during the week, it wasn't very crowded, and we had a great time! It's a very simple place. The fried food was delicious! As for the pizzas, we had a diavola and one with pistachio and mortadella. We asked for something extra, and they accommodated us without a problem 😊. The diavola was very spicy, which we weren't expecting—so much so that we couldn't fully appreciate it, but overall, it was good. The one with pistachio and mortadella was really not bad! Overall, we had a great time. We found out about the pizzeria thanks to TheFork, but it was a great discovery!

Quiet and refined environment, with a soft atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable... kind, attentive and always available staff. The pizza is excellent, with quality ingredients and a light and easily digestible dough. Everything is really good, from the appetizer to the dessert. Highly recommended!

Consiglio questa pizzeria soprattutto per la tipologia di impasto, molto buono, e per le materie prime che vengono utilizzate. I camerieri sono gentili, ma io servizio è abbastanza discreto. Alla fine della serata puzzavamo di frittura.

Un locale semplice e un po’ fuori mano, ma la Pizzeria Everest sorprende con una qualità altissima. Siamo stati in quattro amici un martedì sera e ne siamo usciti entusiasti: fritti impeccabili, pizze leggere, gustose e facilmente digeribili. Menù ricco e invitante, servizio cordiale e conto più che onesto. Un vero tesoro per gli amanti della buona pizza.
