15/11/2025: Food is the reason most people choose a restaurant, and while it's true that we're now more or less aligned with a medium-high quality standard, people choose it for other reasons as well. I personally come to ReTrombone every now and then, but since I have my own restaurant, I don't have time, at least in the summer. I can tell you that having a place where the people serving you are kind, polite, competent, and "absolutely delicious."
