Excellent. Worth a try, both in the summer (dining on the spacious and charming terrace) and in the fall and winter (large, well-maintained rooms). The food is always excellent, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

We decided to try Maranto after riding by the hotel Europa for years. We were very impressed with the taste and quality of the food. The pasta, meats, and fish were excellent. We wished we had room for some pizza but we'll save that for next time. We will be back next year when we visit Molise.

A truly positive experience! Excellent food quality at more than fair prices. The pizzas are well-seasoned and light, the grilled meats are tender and flavorful, all accompanied by friendly and fast service. The desserts are also delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. Definitely recommended and worth returning to!

The pizza is good, but the service leaves a bit to be desired. First, they "force" you to get water, then there's a bit of confusion among the various waiters at the different tables, but the strangest thing is that to pay you have to go down to the hotel reception... nothing would stop some ill-intentioned person from leaving without paying... but all in all, it's not bad.

We had dinner on the Marantó terrace, and it was truly a wonderful experience.
The location was meticulously designed,
The appetizers, pizzas, and desserts were exquisite.
The truffle pizza was excellent, with real truffle shavings, not the creamy ones most restaurants use…
Fast service and very kind staff.
