Located in an easily accessible area, this pizzeria is able to satisfy every type of palate, even the needs of those following a gluten-free diet. Gluten-free pizza is a real discovery. The base is crunchy, light, and does not differ much from the traditional one, a result that is rarely found in other pizzerias. The ingredients are fresh, tasty and well balanced. The variety of seasonings allows anyone to find their ideal combination, without sacrificing quality. I tried the "Mortadella and pistachio" and the "Quattro Stagioni" and on both occasions the pizza won me over with its authentic flavor and the perfect consistency of the crust. The service is impeccable. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to answer questions about the dishes and suggest special combinations of ingredients. You can perceive that the waiters are well trained and care about making every customer feel at ease.
