I've never given 5 stars 🤩 It's worth it! The location, the harmony of flavors, the friendliness, the quality...definitely. This place is meticulously maintained. In the women's bathroom, there's hairspray, hand cream, sanitary napkins, and panty liners. The only downside is that I'd have to leave sooner or later.

This year we returned to Malga Roncac to be pampered by the excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and warm atmosphere. The dishes are always top-notch, made with quality ingredients, carefully prepared and cared for. Excellent wine list. Prices are reasonable. Well done, keep it up.

The location is charming, both outside, decorated with Christmas lights and completely immersed in tranquility, and inside, with all the wood and stone furnishings, a very cozy and intimate atmosphere, especially the table reserved for us in the corner near the window. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The dishes are excellent, carefully presented and tasteful. Prices aren't the cheapest, but they're definitely worth it.

We went for lunch, and the quality of the dishes was truly excellent. The beef tartare was delicious, not to mention the tortelloni stuffed with carbonara. The service was also superb. Congratulations.

We had the pleasure of lunch at this beautiful mountain hut, a place offering spectacular views and a delightful welcome. The inside seating is limited, so booking in advance is recommended. We found the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations; the menu isn't extensive, but the care and refinement of the dishes are commendable. The staff are always attentive to ensuring everything runs smoothly; they are friendly and helpful. Outside, there are benches with blankets for a moment of relaxation after the meal. A wonderful experience.

An exceptional restaurant in Moena!! The location and view are extraordinary. The food is simply incredible, the ingredients are top-quality and expertly blended. Passion for local cuisine and more shines through in every dish. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you're in the Fassa Valley, this is an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended.

At Malga Roncac, every dish is a discovery of authentic flavors and perfect pairings. You can immediately taste the care and passion with which the ingredients are selected: everything is fresh and cooked with great attention to detail. I live far away, but every time it's an experience that makes the trip worthwhile! Very interesting wine list. Highly recommended!

02/12/2025: EXCELLENT TASTING MENUS - EXCELLENT SERVICE ☺️ We tried a meat and a fish tasting menu, both excellent, but if we really had to give it an extra star, the fish one wins ☺️ The quality-price ratio is, in our opinion, very good and the portions are certainly satisfying. The service was also excellent, both in terms of welcome and table management. Special thanks to Mr. Claudio, truly professional and at the same time empathetic, able to put customers at ease and involve them in the culinary experience offered by the restaurant. The ambiance was our least satisfied; not knowing the restaurant when booking, we didn't express a preference and ended up in the first-floor room, which is completely different from the one on the ground floor. The first-floor room has dark colors and the lighting is too soft, which makes it difficult to appreciate the colors of the dishes. Even a small table lamp would have been enough and everything would have been improved (I don't understand why only the table next to ours had one), atmosphere, and lighting of the dishes. Good wine list 👍 Please note, the restaurant closes for seasonal rest from mid-October to December 😉
02/11/2025: We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and it immediately inspired us from the outside. Upon entering, the atmosphere is welcoming, as is the service that follows. The cuisine is top-notch, surprising the palate with every bite. A very pleasant evening that we can't wait to repeat. Al Moro

01/03/2026: Historic trattoria in Pergine Valsugana. Good quality traditional Trentino dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. The space is spacious, but given the large number of customers, we had lunch in a former passageway (now a restaurant) that connects the street to the summer terrace and is heated only by a "mushroom" heater.
25/02/2026: Informal restaurant, courteous service, you feel at home, excellent and genuine dishes
