Thank you. Well managed and well cooked dishes. Even teenagers are well catered for. Many today, and more and more, propose tagliatelle. But there are very few who serve it well cooked, tasty and tender like here. Nice combination of "business management" between cook and butcher! We'll see each other again. Bassani families

Malga Negritella was a pleasant discovery. Having arrived almost by chance, we found a very comfortable environment, a refined but familiar atmosphere. The food served was excellent, in adequate portions and at absolutely honest list prices. The staff was very courteous and attentive, despite being young. Well done everyone!

If you find yourself at the San Pellegrino pass, you will come across this family-run mountain hut where time seems to have stopped and the atmosphere, including the goodness of the dishes, takes you back to "grandmother's house". Needless to say, we returned two days in a row for lunch because it honestly more than deserves a visit. Varied choice, adequate service.

Lovely place, family run. The food is very good, with homemade products. High quality of dishes, adequate and rapid service even at peak times. It feels like eating at home. During periods intended for tourism, it is advisable to book. Highly recommended if you pass through the San Pellegrino pass. We will be back!

It is our fixed stop several times in our usual holiday in Moena. Exceptional food, generous portions, attentive and kind service, characteristic and refined environment. We can't wait to return.

Top lunch! Booked last minute but as usual we felt pampered and treated well. The platter, peperonata and venison gnocchi are excellent.

Ristorante Novecento dell'Hotel Rovereto

04/01/2025: Nice experience at the Novecento restaurant inside the Rovereto hotel where we stayed for a few days. The rooms are beautiful and well structured with plenty of space between one table and another also because they have a "boiled meat trolley", which is much appreciated, to be moved around the rooms. All the dishes we tasted were very good and the pizzas and desserts were excellent. The quality level of the products used is high and the service attentive. Absolutely worth trying!

13/01/2025: It is a brewery, where in addition to the production, you can stop and drink some excellent draft beer on the spot. The staff is friendly and competent, able to recommend the right type of beer based on your tastes. The store is very characteristic and elegant.
