A lovely, quaint place. The food is excellent, with generous, carefully prepared dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. It was a fair price for four people. Everyone was excellent.

Whenever we're in Val di Fassa, we always pop into Malga Negritella. Simple, authentic cuisine, a traditional restaurant, and friendly staff. Excellent prices. A word of advice: make a reservation.

12/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant twice, and what can I say... WONDERFUL! The staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive despite the large number of customers. The menu is varied, but every single dish is worth a visit. The portions are generous (you won't go home hungry after a day on the trails!), and the desserts are the icing on the cake of a wonderful dinner. I absolutely recommend booking a table at Pappagallo! Congratulations to the entire staff 🍀
