Like every year, we have dinner at Antonella's. The food is excellent, simple but tasty, typical of our Trentino cuisine. The friendliness and friendliness are the hallmarks. Good value for money. Thanks Antonella, we're always satisfied.

Thankfully, there are still trattorias serving traditional, good-quality, and plentiful dishes, without Michelin-starred chefs. Trentino is increasingly becoming a place for the elite. Eating well with a good glass of wine for just over €20, like at La Negritella, is becoming increasingly difficult.

The food is excellent and the prices are really fair compared to other places in Val di Fassa. The staff is young and friendly. Recommended!

Malga Negritella, what can I say? After so many years of vacationing here in Trentino, it's once again given us the pleasure of discovery. It feels like home. Typical, authentic dishes. Generous portions. The beer-braised shank is mouth-watering. Price? Really affordable, I've never seen anything better in these parts. Highly recommended!

The food is really good! I highly recommend stopping here! A special mention goes to the strudel and the puzzone! We had the canederli with venison and potatoes, speck and egg. Sublime!

During our vacation in Val di Fassa this year, we ate at Malga Negritella twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. If you're looking for an authentic mountain atmosphere, without the "luxury" that has transformed mountain huts into boutiques (albeit beautiful ones), Malga Negritella is the place to be. Authentic, delicious cuisine, traditional dishes and generous portions will delight your taste buds. The canderli and gnocchi with venison sauce are excellent! The prices are absolutely reasonable. If I may offer two suggestions, the floor could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, and the waiter could use a little more enthusiasm. Highly recommended! Especially for dinner!

One of my favorite places. Antonella, from Romagna like us, is an excellent hostess, assisted by two waiters. Roberto is a character, friendly and very cordial, while his colleague is reserved but very attentive and meticulous. THE FOOD is king. Everything is excellent, high quality, well presented, plentiful, and reasonably priced. Well done everyone, Franca and Claudio from Forlì, with their house in Someda, loyal customers.
