I stayed with my family. The hotel is in a great location for the ski lifts. Public transportation runs practically right in front of the hotel, so we were able to park our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until our departure day. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and even nice! The rooms are clean and tidy. After returning from a day of skiing, we were able to relax in the pool in the basement. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the food is generally good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we personally intend to return because it's also very good value.

Excellent three-day experience at this hotel. We only had bed and breakfast, so no dinner. The rooms are spacious, renovated, and super clean. Breakfast is very generous, from sweet to savory, and there's absolutely nothing missing! The only problem is the line at the coffee machine, so I recommend getting a double machine; queuing at 8 a.m. isn't pleasant. I can't review the pool, as I haven't used it. Overall, the property is in good condition. Some areas are still being renovated, and the ski room area definitely needs updating. The hotel is located just steps from the ski bus stop, making it very convenient and quick to get to the Buffaure ski lifts in just 5 minutes. Despite a few drawbacks, such as limited parking, the value for money is good! Recommended!

The hotel is a great base for a ski trip. As a huge glutton, I was very pleased with the amount of food. If you don't overeat, wake up at 6 a.m. and leave the hotel by 8 a.m., you can still get to Buffaure in time for the first egg up. It's clean, tidy, and good because it's cheap. I recommend it to people who want to ski in the snow, not fart in their sheets until 10 a.m.

We spent a week at the Monzoni Hotel in January, skiing as a family, with 2+1. I had some concerns before arriving because the online reviews weren't very positive, but it turned out I needn't have worried! Many people complained about the rooms, food, or service, and I can't say a bad word about any of them. The room isn't large, but the bed is comfortable, and towels are changed daily (too often, in my opinion). More shelves and hangers would be nice, but other than that, everything was fine. The food was very good and plentiful, the dinners were plentiful, and the breakfast buffet was also excellent – ​​both adults and children were full. The staff were friendly and efficient, keeping everything tidy. The bar was very nice – you can watch TV, chat, play board games, and the bar lady is lovely and makes delicious drinks. There's a playroom for the kids, with animators who organize games and activities daily. The pool may be small, but the water temperature is just right, and there are loungers for relaxing – I have no complaints. Wearing a swimming cap is standard in Italy. I didn't try the sauna, so I can't comment on it. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel, and our friends who stayed with us shared the same opinion.

The room (economy) was small, simple, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The receptionist and staff were very kind and helpful. The only downside was a sales representative who laughed at me on the phone when I asked a simple check-in question. Fortunately, she put me through to the receptionist, who responded very kindly. The location is perfect and central to everything you might want to do. The parking lot is small, but there are plenty of free ones just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast buffet was very generous, with both sweet and savory options.

Compared to the reviews I saw before leaving, I thought I would have a really bad experience. Luckily, our room had been completely renovated, so it was fine. The breakfast was good, with a variety of sweet and savory options. The coffee from the machines was generally terrible for most hotels, except for the ones served at the bar. Here, it was excellent because the coffee machine ground coffee freshly (with coffee beans incorporated), so the coffee was really excellent! It's a shame, and I'm truly sorry for the negative review regarding the lack of hot water in the evening. Despite several calls to complain about it (room on the top floor, incorrect water pressure, work in progress, etc.), we couldn't figure out the reason. Finally, there is a swimming pool. I didn't use it because I wasn't interested, while my husband and daughter tried it just to see what it was like. Don't expect any special kind of tub, just a Puccio. It always depends on your expectations and whether there's a great interest in having one of a certain size.
