We arrive in the week of Christmas, the hotel proves to be nice and acceptable, a full 3 star with a modest swimming pool and a ski room for ski storage which is a little rough, a very small room when opening the suitcases you had to zig zag around the small room, as regards the "bad" dinners need to be reviewed starting from 0 up to the dessert, dried up panettone, appetizers with industrial products, commercial foods even of poor quality make one doubt the originality of the dishes as there are no precisely the specialties of the Val di Fassa, the staff proves to be very welcoming and excellent on everything. The location is also good (a few meters from the ski bus).

Nothing to say, super positive experience... Served and revered for every request, new, large, well heated room, bathroom with window... Breakfast and dinner better than expected, very convenient location for moving throughout the Fassa Valley.

Very welcoming hotel, perfect location in the center of the town and close to the spa. Also perfect for a family holiday: there is a swimming pool and games room for children.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was warm & comfortable with a well maintained classic style. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But for sure our favorite part was the balanced breakfast with the beautiful view. Also the service for the breakfast was fast and attentive. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Hotel with little parking, you have to park 200 meters from the hotel. We had dinner for 2 forgettable evenings, a terrible dinner.

An excellent hotel equipped with all comforts.
The rooms are nice with TV but no fridge.
I took half board and ate well in the evening. Service was a little slow but we were told it was a temporary issue.
After all, we are on holiday and no one is chasing us.
Excellent is the presence of a swimming pool and a games room whose use is included.
Access to some rooms involves a few steps.
Negative aspect: it has a small parking lot that is always busy.
Unfortunately the municipality manages parking with parking discs: absurd.

We stayed in this hotel a few days ago. We booked half board and had a wonderful meal. For breakfast they served sweet and savory and various salads, juices and fruit.
Dinner has several dishes to choose from in addition to salads and additional buffet starters.
The rooms are renovated and the bathrooms are very nice, as well as being clean.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and the TVs in the rooms are also connected to Wi-Fi.
The information received regarding the possibility of issuing the Trentino Card and the walks to be done in the area was very clear. The staff were all very kind, from the reception, to the rooms, to the restaurant. Thank you

Hello everyone, below I will report some positive and negative points of our 4-night stay last week (August 2024).
In my subjective opinion, the hotel is located in a strategic position complete with a bus stop within walking distance, close to the slopes and the center of Pozza di Fassa but, there is a shortage of parking spaces (too few for all the available rooms), ski rack and bikes indoors (therefore safe for the night).
Final: all in all I would go back given the location, given the quality of the food and the room.
(we don't ski but if we were skiers we would probably choose a structure with some agreements)

We stayed two days and had a very good time. Friendly staff available for requests and explanations. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom is small but complete. We only booked breakfast which turned out to be plentiful with delicious desserts. We found a parking space in the structure, not many spaces but there are. Central structure and you can easily reach the spa, center and sports facilities. Good quality/price ratio. We honestly don't understand the previous reviews.
