The hosts were incredibly friendly. We had minestrone and cheese dumpling soup. Both were very good. Afterwards, we had a schnapps.

Che dire.....non c'è posto migliore sulla piste di ladurns per fare una pausa pranzo tra una sciata ed un altra...cibo buonissimo con particolare menziona ai canederli, tutto il personale gentile e disponibile, tempi di attesa rapidi anche se il locale è pieno, la vista poi è meravigliosa!!! Non vedo l'ora di tornare il prossimo anno!!!grazie!!

We have been coming to the Edelweißhütte for 40 years and it is always like coming home. The innkeepers Valeria and Luis have continued to improve the hut over the last few years - first the kitchen, restaurant and terrace and, since this year, the rooms in the main house, which have become super nice and comfortable. We hope to be guests here for decades to come! 🤗

13/04/2025: Non accade spesso di cenare in una fattoria trentina dove i sapori autentici la fanno da padrone. Deliziosi affettati, formaggi e pane, tipici del luogo. Gulasch con canederli allo speck tenerissimo e saporito. Strudel di mele spaziale. Prezzi nella norma.
13/04/2025: It's not often that you dine in a farm in Trentino where authentic flavors reign supreme. We dined lulled by the peace, silence and courtesy of the owner in an almost sacred atmosphere. Delicious cold cuts, cheeses and bread, typical of the place. Goulash with very tender and tasty speck dumplings. Space apple strudel. Prices normal.

Gasthaus Schwarzer Adler

27/05/2025: Super delicious food. Even the locals are having a good time here, which is always a good sign. It's best to make a reservation in advance! But you can usually get a table for two without a meal.
15/05/2025: Not directly in the center, many locals meet here to end the day. The food is homemade and delicious. We can recommend the tagliatelle and the Herrengröstel (a kind of fried risotto), but the rest of the dishes look delicious too. Service is excellent! Reservations are recommended, though; word has spread that this is an insider tip 😉
