18/08/2024: They offer the typical Brazilian formula of churrasco with rodizio of various meats, that is, rotation of beef, chicken and pork skewered on large skewers. The waiters are constantly passing by with the various cuts and you pay a fixed price to eat as much as you want. There is also a buffet with the most typical appetizers and side dishes of Brazilian gastronomy. The quality is good and the price quite reasonable even if you can't eat a lot of meat with this formula. Be careful not to fill up immediately with starters and less noble meats. The drinks are also typical and it is here that I can find the maracuja caipirinha made properly which goes with this food like a good red!. Numerous and efficient service. The terrace on the first floor is delightful when it can be used while the internal room on the ground floor is a little gloomy and could do with renovation.

The pineapple, prepared with a sprinkling of cinnamon, was the perfect ending to a rich meal. Sweet and juicy, it beautifully balanced the intense flavors of the meat, leaving a pleasant memory. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, helping to make the atmosphere even more pleasant. Every request was greeted with a smile and attentive service, creating a relaxed and friendly experience. The location, located on an open terrace, added a special touch to the evening. The view and fresh air made everything even more pleasant, creating a perfect environment to enjoy a high-quality dinner. In summary, Imperio Gaucho is a place that I highly recommend for an evening of good food, good service and spectacular views.
