Excellent Romagna piadina, the original! He has maintained the tradition and ingredients of Rimini (I also found squacquerone)... but he also knows how to offer the excellent products of the area! Kind and friendly owner!

05/10/2024: A dinner that hasn't been so good in a long time, genuine, served by people who have passion, by a cook, Daria who thrills with her dishes, who comes to the table to ask "is everything okay?" A husband who lives with great passion behind her... and who tells us "We closed for 15 days to pick apples.... in short, I missed my customers, I missed the nice people, because in the end nice people always arrive ..." Bio Hotel Hermitage

20/08/2024: The best place in the whole of the Dolomites, run by a devoted family that love what they do, you can see it in the decor and the flower arrangements. The food is top notch MICHELIN STARS… the views to die for … heaven on earth!
