Superb pizza. The best I've had on Elba. The decor is rather simple, but the pizza makes up for it. All at very reasonable prices, too. Locals in particular go there to eat or take their food with them. Highly recommended. Not just Maga, but also Mega.

Spectacular pizza. Modest size, but rich toppings more than make up for it, making it filling enough. I had a stracchino cheese and sausage and would have ordered another one right after because it was so good. My wife, a vegetarian, had a pizza with tuna, onion, and capers. The pizza isn't too thin and crunchy, thankfully, because at least you're eating something like that, not focaccia dressed up as pizza. The variety is very wide, even schiacciata. You can sit inside, the atmosphere is casual, and there's even free cell phone charging with chargers. However, we preferred to take away so we could enjoy it at home in peace. Highly recommended!

Ristorante Calafata

28/09/2025: The Calafata restaurant is located directly on the Porto Azzurro harbor. It has an indoor dining area and an outdoor area overlooking the harbor. There were two of us, and we ordered a tuna tartare appetizer that was simply perfect: the cut of meat, the seasonings were excellent, and the meat was of the highest quality. We then ordered a plate of textbook spaghetti with clams, and the sea bream and baked potatoes were excellent. The restaurant's value for money is excellent: fresh, tasty fish at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the service was a bit below expectations for the location and the menu. We waited a while for our spaghetti with clams, and the waiters were rushed. Regardless, this is a restaurant I would recommend, especially for a dinner with friends or as a couple.
27/09/2025: Really kind stuff, the fish was incredibly tasty and the wine proposal was the best.

26/07/2025: The ingredients are high-quality, the revisited pizza dough is good, but I personally prefer the traditional one with a variety of doughs and more sophisticated flours. The quality/price ratio could be improved.
